Hi i'm channaka. I'm working as a production executive in a advertising company. First i'm join to this company as a designer. And after that I change my career as a Digital printer.
                                                                                                           
When i join to the Digital printing department there was a only 2 printers.
1.Solvant  - Infinity
2..Pigment plotter - Roland

Pigment roland printer is very easy to operate itself. It has a auto head cleaning system. But the Solvent infinity is very hard to use because printer itself has to clean heads manually.

Solvant infinity printer can print up to 10 feet width. Also can use medias like flex, stickers. This matchine is commen for printing hoardings, banners, pennents. This prints can use both outdoor and indoor. The print can use for 1 or 1.5 years.This printer has to filled ink to ink tanks by manually. This is an 4 colour printer.

Pigment Roaland printer can print media like placard, pvc stickers. This printer can print up to 4 feet width. This print can only use in indoor. This printouts are more quality than the solvent prints. This printer use ink in cartridges.This is an 6 colour printer.

This is my experience that i wanna share with you people.
