When i'm working with these Solvant machine and  Pigment machine my company brought a new matchin from Canada. It's call Jet-i. It can print any material without reflecting like mirrors etc...

The Gandinnovation Jet-i matchine is an UV Digital printer. It can print on doors, windows,  iron plates, wood, fabric, leather etc...
This machine has a flat bed with vacume. When the material was place on the printing bed we have to turn on the vacume power. then the bed suck the material in to the printing bed.This large machine has 24 heads with it. It has world no 1 quality heads call spectra heads. One heads has 500 nos of nossles  itself. This is an 6 colour printer. It has 6 colours of ink tanks and  1 solvent tank. The machine heads controlled by two I/O boards. The UV lights are placed in the 2 sides of the heads. This matchine has a software to Rip the artwork and send to the matchine. When you send the artwork to the printer pc we can adjust how many prints you want and what is the quality you want. The machine pc has a operating system. It is Linux.

When i join to the Digital printing department there was a only 2 printers.
1.Solvant  - Infinity
2..Pigment plotter - Roland

Pigment roland printer is very easy to operate itself. It has a auto head cleaning system. But the Solvent infinity is very hard to use because printer itself has to clean heads manually.

Solvant infinity printer can print up to 10 feet width. Also can use medias like flex, stickers. This matchine is commen for printing hoardings, banners, pennents. This prints can use both outdoor and indoor. The print can use for 1 or 1.5 years.This printer has to filled ink to ink tanks by manually. This is an 4 colour printer.

Pigment Roaland printer can print media like placard, pvc stickers. This printer can print up to 4 feet width. This print can only use in indoor. This printouts are more quality than the solvent prints. This printer use ink in cartridges.This is an 6 colour printer.

This is my experience that i wanna share with you people.




In my next post i'm going to talk about super Digital printer call GANDINNOVATION JET-I.

when i broght a new pc they give me a small speaker with that pc. That speaker only can give stereo sunds not the base. I use that speaker for a 2 years and i undestand that the sound quality is too low.
                                                                            Then i search for a new speaker and i found there is a subwoofers in the market. There are so many types and so many brands of woofers. Some of them are Creative, Sony, Logitech,.The woofers categorized woth these.
* Subwoofer with 2 way - It means 1 subwoofer and 2 normal stereo speakers.
* Subwoofer with 4 way - It means 1 subwoofer and 4 normal stereo speakers.
*Subwoofer with 6 way - It means 1 subwoofers and 6 normal stereo speakers


I'm using the second one that has Subwoofer with 4 way. I place the subwoofer under the computer table and 2 stereo speakers  in front of the pc and 2 speakers backsite of the pc. The woofers has a software called Realtek. That software include lots of features. The software can change the environment of the sound. It can make a Karoke voice singing. The software include a mixer and 3D audio demo.
